Completely restructured my phone call recordings folder to the following: Phone Calls > YYYY-MM-DD > 7/90 Day Retention - YYYY-MM-DD
Original files go in the retention period folder with the date of calls folder having a copy of the file with a prefix of info for details of who/what for.
